We suggest you do the following at the beginning and end of every day:


Start of Day Tasks:


1) Check your Felix Dashboard to get a snapshot of your business. This is why it is important to set your dashboard up so it is giving you the information you require at a glance. Please let us know what information you would like on your dashboard so we can set this up for you.


2) Check the Tasks page in Duve. This will show you who is checking in and checking out today. You can also see reviews and any issues reported by guests checking out.


3) Check the Scheduling Calendar in Operto Teams. Check you have no unassigned upcoming tasks, check that the day looks organised properly and that staff will have enough time to complete all their tasks.


End of Day Tasks:


1) Check the Issues section of Operto Teams for anything outstanding which needs to be seen to.


2) Check the Operto Teams Scheduling List for any tasks that were supposed to be completed which haven't been marked off by staff and investigate/mark as complete.
