The Felix dashboard is an extremely useful tool for helping manage your day to day operations.
Each user can create up to 4 dashboards to get a snapshot of a particular part of the business. For example, you could have one dashboard for housekeeping (check-ins and check-outs), one dashboard for financials and one dashboard for performance metrics (and still have one spare).
You can toggle between dashboards by clicking on the top left button and toggle between properties or groups of properties in the second button:
To change the appearance of the dashboard, you need to unlock it by clicking on the padlock on the top right hand side of the dashboard.
You can then select and move around the different elements on your dashboard, or remove them completely. You can also rename the dashboard and pull in new elements from the menus underneath the padlock.
You can create any customised report via the Custom Reports settings and import that report into your dashboard.
