Every time a guest uploads their ID or credit card during pre-check-in, you will receive an email containing those scan documents. You can also select to have them stored in Duve for 6 months by selecting the option in the Required Documents section of the settings.


We recommend either of the following procedures:


Either create a Duve documents folder in your email inbox and move all document emails into that folder as they arrive and you have inspected them for approval or talk to us about our Slack integration suggestions.
