This article explains what to do in the event you are unable to add a credit card to PriceLabs for billing purposes.
PriceLabs is based out of the USA, and as such use an international merchant processer. Some Australian banks may request confirmation that the purchase is not fraudulent.
How to resolve the issue:
Option 1: Contact your card issuer/bank and let them know that the attempted charge from PriceLabs is a valid transaction. Upon confirmation this will allow you to process the subscription fees.
Option 2: If you are unable to complete option 1, please contact our support immediately and we can assist with an alternate method.
