The steps below are designed to provide you with an overview of Felix and our system partners during the initial onboarding process with us. They include overviews of various parts of the system as well as some of the more common tasks you'll face in the day-to-day. We highly encourage all new clients to read/watch all of these help articles in conjunction with guidance from your Felix onboarding manager. You can of course refer back to these documents at any time - either directly from this page or by finding them in our knowledge base.


Note: The best way to learn the system is to get in, explore and run test bookings. We've got a bunch of Stripe test accounts you can use to do this.
