If the owner statements do not display all the information, eg missing the pie graph, guest surname etc. What you need to do is open the past bookings on the left hand side of the screen.
If some bookings are showing the "Agent" as "Unknown" this will be the cause of the problem.
To fix this, you will need to select the booking using the check-box on the LH side of the booking line, then select "View Selected Booking Details"
On the next screen you need to select "Agent" and from the drop down menu, select the relevant booking source and then click the 'Update Booking' button. Then the bookings will appear properly on all owner reports.
