All charge items in Felix need to be mapped in OTA+. This ensures that OTA+ automatically knows how to process any charge it sees by matching text. If you have added a new line charge item inside Felix, you will need to link it to a an extra service within OTA+. Below is the process to do so.
First open OTA+ and select Administrator > Global Fees & Charges, then choose "Extra Services"
Click "+ Add New Services"
Next you will need to match both the "Service Name" & "Code" with the exact same name as the new added Line Item within Felix so that the data is pushed across correctly. You will need to select if the charge gets paid to the Property Manager or the Property owner, as well as the holding account that the money will be stored in. Finish the procedure by selecting "Save".
