Sometimes a booking will not import into Duve automatically. If a sync does not resolve this issue you will need to enter the customers details manually.


First click on the 3 lines at the top LH side of the screen to access the drop down menu, then select reservations. Here you can see all active reservations - click "New reservation" to begin.



In the next screen fill out all the red boxes with relevant booking information, the most important ones being the customers email address and the Booking ID - which is the 8 digit number generated by Felix when a booking is created at the top of the booking screen. Once this is all done click "Create" and then "Send Confirmation Email" (Labelled 2) to send the guest their link for check-in. 



The booking will now come up under reservations and will appear in tasks.
