In Administrator > Owner | System Controls there is a switch called 'View Paid Bills Only'
This switch will default to ON.
When ON, owners will only be able to see bills that have been paid and closed off on their owner dashboard.
When switched OFF, the owner dashboard will also display bills with a status of 'Payment Approved'.
